
Following the successful debut of Mazette, France-based illustrator Luiza was invited back to design the cover for the newsletter’s second issue, this time centred on Christmas and Maïsadour’s seasonal products.
The illustration brims with festive energy, weaving together scenes of preparation, sharing, and food culture, all wrapped in Luiza’s distinctive, characterful style.
Alongside the cover, Luiza also created a second illustration for the cooperative: a poster for Maïsadour’s annual Christmas market. Held over four days at lunchtime, the market featured six cabins where visitors could discover Maïsadour products alongside crafts from invited makers, including illustrations, jewellery, wine, and cheese. The poster captures the convivial atmosphere of the event, celebrating both the cooperative’s produce and its wider creative community.
Together, these festive commissions continue to shape Mazette’s evolving visual identity, reinforcing Maïsadour’s emphasis on community, generosity, and shared moments, especially during the most celebratory time of the year.
