Written and illustrated by Ing, the book centres on her younger brother João, approaching autism not as a narrative of difficulty, but with a lightness grounded in lived experience.

The visual language mirrors this intent, with soft, playful compositions that hold space for warmth, humour and everyday moments. Rather than framing difference as distance, Ing draws it closer, presenting joy as something direct and unfiltered.
