西班牙插画家费尔南多•华雷斯不仅是儿童书籍插画家，还是马德里伊利昂动画工作室的艺术总监。公司为儿童制作3D故事片。他是三个孩子的爸爸，工作和家庭之外，如果有时间他会在摇滚乐队弹吉他。费尔南多曾在西班牙卢戈的拉蒙隼艺术学校学习平面设计和插图。费尔南多用铅笔绘图，建立最初的构图后扫描并在Photoshop中完成绘制。
