When I first moved to my studio at Second Floor Studios and Arts, Caroline was also moving in and as I helped her arrange a massive load of paintings, I realised just how energising she is and how her work encapsulates three lifetimes worth of adventure.

We discuss her time living in a Chinese lotus village, her decision to return to London life after a long time in the countryside, her upcoming show and why she ended up on the front page of a newspaper after jumping from a bridge. Caroline is a truly fascinating artist with much to tell.
